How do I return an item?
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE, WRONG, or MISSING items you must contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery otherwise we will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.
NO REFUNDS
- Exchanges only if garment hasn’t been worn.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We do not accept items that are without original tags.
- Please ship returned item(s) within 3 days of delivery date. After 3 days SALES ARE FINAL.
- Please allow 3 -5 business days for us to process your exchange once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- Marked down items cannot be exchanged. For any questions please contact us.
- Exchanging merchandise that has already been exchanged once will be subject to a $6.95 restocking fee.
- All exchanges must have valid tracking information. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your exchange.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
Return shipping is covered by us ONLY if your item(s) is damaged or incorrect in which case you can contact us via email at [email protected] so we can email a return label to you, please don’t forget to include your order number.
